All prescription weight loss medications are dispensed only following a satisfactory online consultation and independent clinical review by a qualified prescriber. No prescription will be issued automatically.

Your payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. If your consultation is declined on clinical grounds, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via tracked Royal Mail or equivalent courier service.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once the package has been dispatched. Medications are packaged discreetly in tamper-evident packaging.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines in line with UK pharmacy regulations.
Refunds will only be issued where a consultation has been declined on clinical grounds, a dispensing error has occurred on our part, or an item arrives damaged. We do not accept returns of prescription medicines on the basis of change of mind.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during your consultation. You must inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or circumstances that may affect your treatment. Medications dispensed to you are for your personal use only and must not be shared with others.
